It’s been over a year since my last post. In fact, I have a draft for another Chocolate review that I started almost a year ago and it’s still sitting in the queue. I know that’s really sad in the blogging world.

Truthfully, I got sidetracked - A LOT. I’ve continued to eat and devour chocolate. I just haven’t written about it.

That’s all about to change. Within the next month I will relaunch and revamp. If you know me, you know I am a serious chocoholic. I have stacks of bars in a little basket in the kitchen and I shave off piece after piece, nightly.

Over the last couple months I’ve gone to several chocolate tastings across the Bay Area. I even have my ticket to the San Francisco International CHOCOLATE SALON. I’ve learned a lot about the world of chocolate and although I have more to learn, I’m extremely excited for the industry and for consumers like me, who are fans.

My vision is to expand this site and include video along with high-quality photographs of the chocolate we love to eat. At the very least I hope to post written entries at least 3-4 times a week.

While I’ve already updated the site a few weeks ago, I’m just not satisfied yet and am in the process of yet another site re-design. Oy vey.
